Zipp Express Thank you to our heroes!

Zipp Express extends our sincere appreciation to our entire team, OUR HEROES! Our drivers, warehouse workers, and office staff have been here every day to make sure that deliveries continue to reach their destination. As people stay home, the need for delivery services has increased for many items. Our team is keeping things rolling.

As Missouri begins to open again, we are more committed than ever to the safety of our team and everyone they encounter. We are following all updates and educating our team on the accepted policies. We continue to enforce social distancing. Our drivers are provided with cleaning supplies, gloves, and masks. We also conduct a wellness check to prevent anyone feeling unwell from being in contact with others.

Coronavirus Update 03-20-2020

As a trucking company, Zipp Express plays a crucial role in the supply chain. We deliver critical supplies to hospitals, patients and stores. Zipp Express is considered an essential business and will continue to operate. We will refrain from entering private residences until further notice.

The safety and well-being of our team members is our top priority as we continue to deliver essential goods and services to support our community. Our entire team is continuously reminded to practice safe handling and social distancing during these challenging times. We encourage any person feeling unwell to remain at home and require any person showing any symptoms at all to stay home.

We will continue to operate as local conditions and restrictions allow. Further, we will continue to evaluate our procedures with this ever-changing situation.

Coronavirus Information

To Our Valued Customers and Partners,

We appreciate your business! Zipp Express takes the COVID-19 outbreak seriously. Please be assured that we are taking preventative actions following the CDC (Center for Disease Control) guidelines. Further, we will closely monitor developments and update our policies accordingly. Our intent is not to cause or escalate fear, but to communicate the steps we have taken during this time of uncertainty.

Please note that, according to the CDC, the coronavirus DOES NOT survive on a package -there is a low risk of infection from any shipped items.

We will honor all customer requests for delivery protocol. Just let us know YOUR preferences. We specialize in being flexible and responsive and are here to work with you to ensure your deliveries are completed to your specifications. If you wish to avoid contact with our electronics, please direct the driver to type “COVID-and your full name” for the signature. Please use your own pen when signing all required paperwork.

Our Team, including drivers, office personnel and warehouse staff have been instructed to:

  • Stay home if feeling sick
  • Wash hands and use sanitizer frequently
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
