About Zipp Express:

Is Zipp Express insured? Yes, we are fully insured, including liability, auto and cargo insurance.

Where is the Zipp Express Warehouse? Our warehouse is centrally located in St. Louis, Missouri, just one-mile west of I-270 off I-70. Standard hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with 24/7/365 access available by appointment.

Do I have to have an account to use Zipp Express? No, you have access to all of our premium services as long as you pre-pay with a major credit card.

About Zipp Express Deliveries:

What are my options for delivery? We offer trucking, courier, specialty and white-glove services. No matter your parcel size needs or time constraints, we’ve got a delivery solution for you.

Do you deliver to/from areas outside the St. Louis, Missouri area? Yes, our delivery network reaches across all 48 continental states. St. Louis, Missouri is where we conduct the majority of our business, but we accommodate to a wide variety of shipping needs.

What happens if I have a delivery need after hours? Our main phone line is answered 24/7/365 by Zipp Express dispatchers to enable your ability to place orders and/or receive delivery updates. Our drivers run throughout the night to ensure on time service.

Do you pick up and drop off at Lambert International Airport, St. Louis MO? Yes, our team is experienced with airport recovery and delivery for your time-critical shipments. We are available for all NFO schedules, and our drivers are TSA compliant.

Can I be notified when my package is delivered? Yes, our dispatch software can send email updates throughout the delivery process, right up to and including the proof of delivery.  Additionally, you can track your packages along their journey.
