“I want to take time to recognize the driver who delivered my table yesterday. Most times people only report bad experiences and I feel it is important to report positive experiences as well.
I'm not sure of his name, but I believe my caller ID showed his name. He called me prior to arriving to make sure I would be here and if I had a dry spot available to put my package. It had been storming and raining all morning. He took time to consider the successful delivery of my package. This is something I've never experienced before. It started my day off on a positive note. He was professional, kind and caring in all aspects of my delivery beginning with a call to confirm I was home to placing the large heavy package just inside my garage door.
I would 100% recommend your company and service knowing you have such considerate employees.
And shout out to this employee for a job well done!!!

He was delivering a large box for Christmas; it had a picture of what was inside (monster truck) and he realized he might spoil my 4-year old grandson’s Christmas if he took it off the truck and it was seen as my grandson was looking out the window. We decided to cover the box with a blanket to take it off the truck. My grandson thought the driver was one of Santa’s helpers! Your driver went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service! Thank you for having such a respectful person as your driver!”
