Zipp Express – Customer Service & Dispatcher
Becky joined Zipp in early 2015 as an entry level Customer Service Representative. Today, she leads the customer service team for several of our larger customers. In this role, Becky is focused on making sure our customers’ scheduling, deliveries, and website updates are on track. She assists our team with inbound calls and customer communication. Most recently, Becky has taken on a dispatch role, providing back-up for our dock high and tractor dispatcher.
Becky enjoys spending time with her kids. She likes to cook and entertain.
